MRgFUS (MRI-guided Focused Ultrasound) is a non-invasive procedure that treats tremor — particularly in Parkinson's Disease and Essential Tremor — using focused sound waves guided by a live MRI scan. There is no surgery, no incision, and most patients go home the same day. Not every patient with tremor is suitable — the assessment process at KIMS establishes whether MRgFUS is the right treatment for you.
